Directions for use
- Bathing with mud Pour
- a generous amount of mud on a loofah and apply to your body.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
- Towel dry then apply ALBATROS Body Lotion to moisture.
- To ease muscle and joints pain, or to sooth body after sport Heat the mud to body temperature in hot water then apply the content of the bag on painful parts.
- Rinse off after 10 minutes with lukewarm water.
- Mud massage Mix mud with 14/ ALBATROS Body lotion in a glass or stainless-steel bowl using a wooden spatula.
- Massage onto body for 5 minutes in bathtub then rinse off with lukewarm water.
- To relax your feet In a glass or a stainless-steel bowl mix the contents of the bag with crushed ice.
- Apply a small amount of the mixture to your feet (in order to adapt to the low temperature. Rinse off with lukewarm water after 35- minutes.
- Mud and Sun Apply the contents of the bag on your body then shower after 5-15 minutes in the sun
